How can I book a M·A·C makeup appointment?

Feature-Focused Applications are available by walk-in only and are subject to Artist availability. These complimentary services are approximately 15-30 minutes and concentrate on one facial feature.

Full-Face Applications and Group Glam Services are by reservation only. You can book your appointment online or in-store by visting or calling your preferred store location. Click here to be taken to our Online Appointment Booking system so you can book an appointment now!.

What do I do if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

If your appointment is at a M·A·C freestanding store location and you booked the appointment through the Online Appointment Booking tool, you can cancel or modify the appointment through the booking system. If you booked the appointment over the phone or in person, please contact the store to modify or cancel your appointment.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

M·A·C offers a range of FREE Feature-Focused Applications, in addition to Full-Face and Group Glam Services, which allow you to pay in product to cover the cost of your appointment. See the full pricing breakdown by category below:



Feature-Focused Applications

 

  • Range from 15-30 minutes and are completely complimentary. (Yes, FREE!)
  • Available by walk-in only on a first-come, first-served basis.

 



Full-Face Applications:

 

  • Make Every Day Extraordinary: Applications range from 60-90 minutes and are redeemable with a RM385 product spend.
  • Get Ready > Go Out: Applications range from 60-90 minutes and it’s RM250.
  • M·A·C It An Occasion: Applications range from 60-90 minutes and are redeemable with a RM485 product spend.
