A clear gloss base coat that helps bond Studio Nail Lacquer to the nail. Guards against chipping and peeling while protecting the nail. Provides flawless colour application, improved adhesion and lasting wear. Features a tough and durable, yet flexible finish. New flat brush lends to an expert-like application that's accurate and mistake-proof. Chip-resistant formula is toluene-, formaldehyde- and DBP-free.
